We can prepare items and have you pick them up at our Market location, or arrange for a fully-staffed catering where we do everything for your event from start to finish. The menus listed at left all feature Brine's homemade products from our meat market, deli and bakery. We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our products. Combining this quality with the best in personal service, we can offer you the finest menus at a reasonable price. These menus are the most popular items we serve, however if you have a special menu or theme for your party please let us know, we would be happy to work with you in planning your event. Staffed Catering Click here to see our staffed catering menu which includes staff to prepare, cook and serve the meal. A buffet table with table cloth, and all serving pieces is provided. A disposable place setting of plate, fork, knife and napkin is also included. For an additional fee any of our meals can be served on a china plate with flatware and linen. All menu prices are based on a minimum of 100 people. We are also available for small groups, however, prices may be affected. All menus are subject to a 7.125% sales tax and 15% gratuity.
