- Beef Tenderloin Tray $16.99 per pound Specially prepared and cooked to perfection, Brine's own beef tenderloin will not disappoint. Served on a tray with homemade horseradish sauce and greens. Minimum order 2 lbs. raw weight.
- Shrimp Tray $.85 per piece From dainty to large, you determine the size of your shrimp tray by the number of pieces you order. Minimum 12 pieces, tray comes with homemade cocktail sauce and garnished with lemons and greens. Price is $.85 per tail.

CHEESE SPREADS
All of our spreads are great on sandwiches, crackers, fresh baguettes, cocktail bread, bagels or with fruit. You may purchase our spreads by the pound or partial pound. We will also shape any amount of the spreads into cheese balls and display on a tray. Available spreads include:
